Changed your mind?

We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on fashae.com for return or exchange.

For returns received within 10 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment.

When Will I Be Refunded?

Your return will usually be processed within 5 days. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed.

Exchange Policy

Even Exchanges: Ordered the wrong color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different color, please contact our customer service department for an RMA number. VIA EMAIL ONLY: info@fashae.com.

Please note: If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll process a return instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the return.

How to Return Merchandise

Merchandise must be returned to us in new condition, unworn or washed, with all of the tags attached in its original packaging accompanied by a letter stating your name, shipping address, contact phone number, email address, date of purchase, Payment Confirmation Number or Order Receipt Number, and the reason for the return.

All returned items MUST have an RMA number written on the outside of the package. All Phone and Internet Orders must Contact our customer service department for an RMA number. VIA EMAIL ONLY: info@fashae.com. Any package without an RMA number written on the outside of the package will be refused. All returned or exchanged items MUST be shipped back to us within 10 days upon receipt of order.

We do not refund shipping charges for the initial shipment of your order, or the return postage.

For all exchanges, you are liable for the cost of returning the merchandise. We only accept USPS for returns.

Using Your Own Shipping Method

You can send items back to us with the RMA number at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns.
